Nice staff , family room ok, bar food was good, breakfast was excellent . Refurbishment works ongoing , no issue as such with that but this should have been made clear prior to booking, no pool. Last breakfast sitting 10.30am and the expect check out at 11am ???

Good location for driving Dingle Peninsula

Comfortable base for sightseeing round the southern Ireland. Room was clean and staff friendly. Only down side was food options for our vegan diets

A hotel that is in serious need of repair and maintenance, or realistically a total renovation. The wear and tear is apparent almost everywhere. I rarely post a negative review and I felt bad for the staff, who were all wonderful! The staff is five-star, and the hotel is 2 stars at the very most. There was construction happening in the main lobby but the updating needed throughout is overwhelming.

What a surprise. Whilst a little dated, the property is ideally located with magical views and the service and food quality is first class. Free self parking and an easy drive to Tralee Golf course or the city centre. Ideal for the road tripping couple.
