Cozy, modern, child-friendly vacation home on the Bodden, WLAN

Are you looking for relaxation and peace from hectic everyday life, do you want to unwind and enjoy nature? Then the thatched roof house built in the Seepark residence with unobstructed views to the south over a bird sanctuary and a very spacious garden would be just the thing. But also active vacationers will feel good. Bike paths directly from the house invite you to cycle tours.
The house is located opposite the island Hiddensee on the edge of a nature reserve in the northwest of the island of Rügen (municipality of Trent) on the bay with very nice hiking and excursion possibilities. In the nearby four-star hotel is a spacious spa area, which can be used for a fee. From 01. Unfortunately, the hotel is closed for renovations in November 2017 for about seven months. Expected new opening: May 2018.
The house was built using a traditional template (constructed in 2016) and with the latest technology (underfloor heating, freezer, washing machine and dryer) equipped. Scandinavian and French furniture make the entire house for a stylish, elegant atmosphere. The spacious living-dining area with adjoining open kitchen has a stove for cooler days. The house has an accessible bedroom with adjoining bathroom on the ground. In. 1 Upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.

Directions: Coming from Stralsund leave the main road in the direction of Gingst / Trent / Hiddensee. Shortly after Gingst take the road to the left towards Trent / Hiddensee. In Trent, turn right in the village towards Wittower Ferry. Shortly before the ferry is the sign "Hotel Lindner". Here you turn left and drive to a small roundabout. Then take the second exit on the right into "An den Felder". It is 50 meters to the house.

Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️
Für uns war es der fünfte Urlaub mit den Kindern in Vaschwitz und wir kommen immer wieder gerne, um dem beruflichen Alltag zu entfliehen und die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit dieses Ortes zu genießen. Auch dieses Mal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Ein Haus wie gemacht für eine Familie und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet die man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht 😀 Wir müssen hier auch die Eigentümer hervorheben! Wir haben selten eine so gute und offene Kommunikation gehabt und sind im Vorfeld mit Informationen und allem was man braucht und bedenken sollte versorgt worden 😃 vielen lieben Dank dafür Familie Socher

Ein komplett eingerichtetes und sehr gemütliches Haus in einer schönen ruhigen Gegend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt im Haus. Die Gegend lädt zu langen erholsamen Spaziergängen ein.

Wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, Eltern, Großeltern und Kleinkind. Die Villa ist super aufgeteilt, im und uns Haus herum sogar geeignet für ein Kind von 26 Monaten da quasi keine Gefahren (die schöne Vase auf dem Boden nach oben gestellt und Treppe mit Geländer ging auch gut alleine). Dank der schnellen und zuverlässigen Kommunikation gelangenAn- und Abreise wunderbar. Es ist wirklich alles so wie von den Bewertungen vorher beschrieben. Es gibt nahegelegen nicht nur schaprode, sondern auch Alpakas (Fußweg 15min), einen Erlebnisbauernhof (Auto 15min) und mit der Fähre ist man ruckzuck dabei mehr von der Insel zu erleben. Im Hotelresort „nebenan“ kann man abends den Wellnessbereich nutzen (eher Off Season zu empfehlen da klein). Wir würden 100% wiederkommen. Danke!

Schöner Urlaub
Ferienhaus war modern und gut ausgesattet. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es dann doch. Der erste ist, dass das Datenvolumen vom Internet beschränkt ist und das das I-net sehr langsam ist und kein Stream/ Mediatek etc. möglich ist. Dies ist in dieser Preisklasse sehr schlecht und muss!! zumindestens im Anzeigetext vermerkt werden. Da selbst in der Anzeigenüberschrift mit WLAN geworbe wird, sollte dann auch ein "echtes" WLAN, sprich Datenvolumen und Geschwindigkeit da sein. Es gibt dann auch noch einen zweiten kleinen Kritikpunkt, und zwar rochen aller 2 Tage die Duschrinnenabläufe/ Badewannenablauf im ganzen Haus wenn wir vergessen hatten in alle!! Abläufe jeden Tag Wasser zu füllen. Auch das ist in dem Preisnivau nicht angebracht. Ansonnsten soll die o. g. Kritik nicht über einen schönen Urlaub hinwegtäuschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt....aber für den enormen Preis von 3.700 EUR für 14 Tage muss einfach alles stimmen... VG Familie Richter

Tolles Haus, ruhige Lage
Wir hatten mit sechs Personen einen klasse Aufenthalt in La Ville Bleue! Kommunikation und Check-In waren einfach und unkompliziert! Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und das Wohnzimmer bietet mit dem Ofen ein schönes Plätzchen zum Verweilen. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in diesem schönen Objekt! Das Haus war sehr geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet! Es fehlte uns an nichts! Alle Geräte waren funktionstüchtig und zweckmäßig! Es war sehr ruhig und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt! Die Betreuung bei Problemen war hervorragend durch eine ortsansässige Firma gelöst! Einzig die Fenster/Fensterläden und die Gartenmöbel hätten wir uns etwas sauberer gewünscht-dafür einen Stern Abzug. Trotzdem ein ganz tolles Haus und sehr freundliche Vermieter! Es waren sogar Geschirrtabs und Gewürze vorhanden-Eiswürfel waren vorbereitet! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit in dem nahegelegenen Hotel zu Abend zu essen. Dort isst man sehr gut. In dem Lädchen dort bekommt man auch Brötchen, sowie Kaffee und Kuchen. Wer Ruhe sucht und abschalten will-ist in der Villa bleu goldrichtig!
