Seepark-Ferienhaus-Rügen was built directly on the protected coastal zone. Located just 100m from the shoreline, this retreat is one of just a few homes here offering unobstructed views and spaciousness in its design. Closest to the water, it’s the very last house within a small settlement of holiday homes.

The house is ecologically heated by a heat pump, electricity is generated by the photovoltaic system and stored in a large battery. In addition, the rainwater of the roof for watering the garden is collected in a cistern.

Absolut perfekt!
Wunderschönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage mit traumhaftem Blick ins Grüne und aufs Wasser! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben absolut gar nichts vermisst. Man merkt, dass hier nicht nur ein Ferienhaus sondern ein Zuhause eingerichtet wurde. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt und können das Haus zu 100% empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub
Ankommen und genießen. Trotz des leider schlechten Wetters hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. In dem schönen Haus der Familie Müller haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gemütliche Abende am Kamin verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt und absolut neuwertig ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Wir kommen wieder.

Erholung pur
Kurz: Ruhe, Erholung und Natur pur! Wir haben einen zauberhaften Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. Man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, spätestens als ich intuitiv die Blumen im Garten gewässert habe, wusste ich, dass ich 100% angekommen bin. Das Ferienhaus lässt nichts vermissen, es wurde an alles gedacht. Auch auf meine im Vorfeld gestellten Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Die Lage und die Naturnähe sind einfach unbeschreiblich. Abends konnte man die Fledermäuse beobachten und täglich kamen die Feldhasen vorbeigehoppel. DANKESCHÖN für den wundervollen Urlaub... eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht wieder ausziehen.

Traumhafte Erholung
Das Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das letzte Haus in der "Siedlung". Unkomplizierter Zugang zum Haus. Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Es war alles vorhanden was einen erholsamen Urlaub erlaubt. Wir haben es sehr geniessen können.

Toller Ausblick
Wir hatten schöne Tage in Trent gehabt, die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag benötigt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus wurde mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und war sehr ordentlich, was uns leider nicht gefallen hat war dass man die Heizung nicht eigenständig regulieren kann, dafür sollte man den Vermieter kontaktieren, hätte man natürlich machen können aber besser wäre es wenn man selbst über die Temperatur entscheiden kann ohne vorher die Erlaubnis einzufordern, aber die Temperatur im Haus war akzeptabel. Das Sofa war leider sehr durch gelegen, die Kissen und Decken auf dem Sofa haben leider auch sehr unangenehm gerochen. Das Bett war für uns persönlich zu hart, aber das mag ja jeder anders, schön das es einen Matratzenschoner gab, leider hatten die Kopfkissen Schweißflecken von vorherigen Gästen, sowas finde ich unhyginisch und ehrlich gesagt auch etwas eklig. Ansonsten kann ich nix negatives über die Sauberkeit sagen, war halt Standardmäßig sauber. Die Sauna hatte eine gute Größe, konnte man schön relaxen. Es waren auch wie im Inserat beschrieben Kleinigkeiten wie Küchenrolle, Spüli, Geschirrtücher, Kaminholz etc. vorhanden. Das Gewürzregal und die Teebox sollten zwischenzeitlich mal kontrolliert werden, da findet man Sachen die seit Jahren abgelaufen sind. Sowie die "Hausapotheke " aus Neugier mal geschaut was drin ist und vorgefunden haben wir ein Fieberthermometer mit Ohrenschmalz dran, sehr unangenehm. Von dem ganzen abgesehen, kann man dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, wie gesagt das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und die Umgebung ist super Schön.
