Everything was perfect, fast check in, loved the refrigerator, microwave and small coffee machine. Everything was neat and clean.

I booked 3 rooms months in advance for our trip and informed the hotel that I would have a late check-in. When I arrived, the receptionist (who was not in any kind of professional-appearing attire) told me that my reservation was canceled. I asked who canceled my reservation because it certainly wasn't me. She said she didn't know WHY the rooms were canceled and couldn't give me an answer. When I told her I needed an answer, she informed me that I would have to speak to the supervisor, who was not on the premises at the time. I waited 30 minutes for the supervisor to arrive. When the supervisor arrived, I asked if I could speak to him privately. I asked for a reason as to why my rooms were canceled and he said, in all honesty, he did not have the sufficient cleaning staff to properly sanitize the rooms in time to make them ready for our arrival, as per the new rules due to COVID. That answer is perfectly reasonable. The fact that he canceled all three of my rooms WITHOUT CONTACTING ME AT ALL and leaving my nine guests out to dry, was not reasonable. If he had called and let me know, I could have probably been able to call around at other hotels and make emergency, last-minute reservations for my group. Instead, the manager was content to sit in the back and ignore the several cancellations happening at the same time and let his overworked and flustered receptionists do damage control without giving them the tools to manage this mess.

The location places hold of $100 in case of damage or smoking. Not said in description of the hotel. You had to go to desk to ask for a blow dryer and required to bring it back right after using it no exceptions. Also no breakfast available. They said they can not control people coming in and out. Lacking any customer service or assistance. Probably will never go back to Best Western ever again. Thanks for ruining it for the rest.

good for the price, rooms need some attention, ours had some blown bulbs and curtain rod hanging from 1 nail, disappointed pool was closed but due to covid so understandable
