Where to begin?? There was no wait to check-in but the young clerk tried to charge a credit card we do not own. He was also new to the area and totally unable to help us locate a convenience store. There is no elevator (not noted on website) and we were given a room on the 2nd floor at the far end of the hallway. "Is that a problem?" we were asked. As a matter of fact, yes, it is a problem for my cranky, arthritic knees and my husband's bad back coupled with the 5 bags and cooler we wanted to bring in. I asked for reassignment to a ground floor room and a very nice lady was immediately able to find us a more accessible room. It's great that there is a little fridge and microwave in the room. It's too bad the air conditioning was colder than the fridge. Then we come to the TV. "No signal." The young man from the check-in came to the room to see what he could do. Turns out the facility had moved to Direct TV service 2 days ago. Not only was the system not plugged into the wall but the cable was plugged into the wrong port. Breakfast: on time, good variety although we wouldn't recommend the scrambled eggs.

Upon checking in our hotel room smelled like smoke. No apology was offered just a room change. Room keys didn't work half the time. 3 cars were parked in the back of the hotel, trunks open drinking all night long. Friday and Saturday evening people were sitting in the front of the hotel with coolers drinking and being loud. I travel for business often and have never stayed in a hotel that allows guests to do these things. It reflected poorly on the hotel. We will not stay here again in the future. Other hotels down the road are a little pricey but I will spend the money in the future.

Very wonderful accommodations.

Pros: Clean, modern, and well maintained.
Cons: More variety of herbal teas for those who don't drink caffeine.
Location: Location is a little out of the way from the main part of Pasco.
Very clean, comfortable, modern hotel. The room was wonderful and full of all the needed amenities. Beautifully maintained property. Quiet and relaxing stay.

This was an absolute treasure to find. The hotel is fairly new and a great place to stay. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Best for the money in Tri-cities

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: no resturant in walking distance
Easy access of I-182. Nice clean hotel with great customer service. There are no resturants within walking distance, however there are several great choices within five minutes driving. Will recommend it to anyone.
