The room was very quiet with black-out shades to promote rest. Although this is an older motel, it has been upgraded and well-maintained...very pleasant.

Clean nice room for a quick one nighter.
Room was clean and bed was great. Lots of noise from water pipes. Didn’t care for the constant on and off of the heater. It would be better if the heater had a constant on to drown out the other noises. Refrigerator made a lot of noise as well. Room needs a little renovation but nice.

Awesome Location and New private cottage is homey
We stayed in the cottages which are new & nicely appointed. Did not have that "chain" feel. Very spacious room. Bed was comfy but on the "soft" side. I noticed a mattress topper. probably not needed. Loved the in room keurig but the individual 1/2 & 1/2 was curdled. I was able to get more but none for our 2nd day. I loved our location. Quiet but still close to Bryce entrance and a short walk away Mossy Cave.It is not close to a lot of restaurants but you can bring take out and have a great dinner at the table in the room. This place was the most impressive, cleanest and coziest accommodation I have ever stayed including 5-star hotels. Not many units in the small building but all of them seemed perfectly managed. Will definitely stay again if I visit Bryce Canyon again later.
