Spacious, clean and well stocked
This is a well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of a lush wash that extends for half a mile with a wonderfully maintained hiking trail the length of the wash. Being on the edge of the wash provides an excellent view of the valley and nearby mountain range. The host provides one of the most detailed guides I have ever seen in a rental property, and he was very responsive to my questions during the booking process..

A Delight in Desert Hills
This property is conveniently located to everything a traveller needs but it felt like an oasis in the desert. It's location in the community allows for beautiful unobstructed views and plentiful birding right from the back porch area. Positively would return to this property when in the Green Valley area.

The house had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It is close to many excellent birding spots. We saw many species right from the patio. We would rent again.
