This home is just over two miles from the town of Oro Valley, and the area is far from boring! The Catalina State Park, just over four miles from the home, houses several trails and plenty of wildlife to observe. Reid Park Zoo, just shy of 17 miles away, offers a fun nature experience - the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum brings the local wildlife just 24 miles out! The Preserve Golf Club At Saddlebrooke provides 18 challenging holes of golf just over 17 miles a day.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Exterior security cameras are set up at this home, on the front of the home and on the front of the garage. Both are pointed at the front entrance/driveway. They do not have sound and are always on.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
