Talked to Jerry Thielmann, I apologized for not having the room type reserved when he checked in, and for that reason we did not charged him for that night. Offered to move to Jr suite, Mr. Thielmann did not wanted to move. Adjusted the rate to a regular king bed for the second night.. Mr. Thielmann is a Hilton honors member and requested benefits for being a member, explained 3rd party booking are no eligible. Guest did pay cash at check out.
