Absolutely Disgusting!!
This place was a disaster. I came in for the night due to an early Volleyball tournament for my daughter. The first room I was given was the WORST. I walked in and when I opened the bathroom door there was literal crap everywhere. Poop on the toilet seat, floor, shower. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Absolutely disgusting. I went back down to the desk to be moved. The receptionist apologized and gave me another room. My daughter, father and I lugged are luggage up the stairs to the new room, only to find a big puddle of water from the roof that was leaking. I called the receptionist and was told I had to run my luggage down again for yet another room. This is the worst experience I have ever had. My family and I were already tired and now we had to move our luggage 3 different time up and down the stairs. How do you not know that your rooms are filthy.

The hotel was ok, however it was really different from what the pictures advertise. Furniture is old and they had events going on campus hotel that guest were NOT notified off so it was certainly busy.

The hotel is on the freeway but rooms are also in the back. We were given a room on the freeway side. Very loud. The TV did not work. We called the front desk and were told the maintenance man would be around to fix it. All of the TVs were not working we were told. I think their cable was not working at the whole place. Never saw a maintenance man. The phone in the room just kept ringing so we had to unplug it. The hotel was getting ready for a gem conference so the whole place was filled with tents. You walked out your door to big tents. The pictures are not at all what the hotel looks like nor the rooms. No fluffy comforters, one cheap blanket, two horrible pillows on a king bed. We will not ever stay at a Red Lion again
