With a mixture of bed sizes (king, queen, and two twin beds), large bedrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space, this home is a flexible option for a variety of visitors. Located less than 10 minutes from the University of Arizona and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and near Park Place mall and a variety of dining, shopping, and other amenities, this is a great home base for out of town visitors, family guests, and business travelers.

While the home is not entirely disability-accessible, the largest bedroom also oversize doors and a walk/roll-in shower and closet.

Our stay here was great. The location was great as we were in town for UofA graduation. The house had a lot of room and we really enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and was stocked with all the things we needed during our stay. Bryan was very communicative. Great host!

AMAZING!!!
The home was WAY big than anticipated! Big tinted windows in the main room when you walk in provided lots of natural light while maintaining privacy during the day. Plenty of towels and bedding. The home smelled clean as soon as we walked in. Definitely appreciate the added sense of safety the covered parking provides right in front of the door. It made unloading sleeping kids and luggage when we arrived after midnight much easier. Home is 100% live in ready! Big toaster oven is great for snobs like me who don’t like reheating their pizza the microwave! Dishes, cups Towels bedding it’s all there. For an older home it’s got outlets everywhere!!!! Great for kids changing devices! Bryan even offered to send the sneakers my kid forgot back to me! I couldn’t not have asked for a better first VRBO experience!

This home was an excellent base for all we did in Tucson—easy access to great restaurants. It was close to the ball diamonds our grandaughter was playing on. The home has a lot of room. The host was very accommodating on an issue with the dryer. I would stay here again.
