The hot tub and pool were welcome experiences. The room was comfortable but the building design prevented a window view of the desert. Distance to eating establishments was a bit farther than anticipated. Breakfasts were "ok". The desert setting was quiet and peaceful.

Nice place

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close, Noisy, cell service is not good
It was August, so it was quiet and hot. My room was good. The bar and grill was small and always had flies. The walls were thin, other guests can hear what you are doing. The suites are very nice.

Nice resort for the price.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, great pool
Just spent the last two days at this hotel and it was a pleasure. The rooms are nicely designed with very comfortable beds. The pool area is beautiful and not crowded. They offered us a free buffet breakfast at the golf resort located right next door, and let me tell you, it wasn't just here's your toaster and bread, it was a full on well staffed omelet bar with everything you could imagine. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Highly Recommend.

Stayed there for a little getaway

Pros: Quiet
The room was great.. and bed super comfy! Staff was really pleasant even with our late arrival. Will go back for sure, as the rooms are spacious and would like to enjoy the amenities more.

Reservations?

We received an email solicitation from Wyndham, probably because we were rewards members and had stayed here the year before. The rate was very good so we reserved two nights using the link in the email. No muss, no fuss, right? Five days later we arrive for our stay and they do not have our reservation. I handed them a printout of the confirmation from there reservation system which had the confirmation number. We were assured all was OK so we checked in. Two days later the folio invoice slid under our door billed us for the rack rate; almost twice the reservation rate. Very off-putting. It was solved at check out, as the printout I handed them on check in was attached to the folio. So they had two days to resolve this but just punted until I brought it up at checkout. There are serious problems with this reservation system so be prepared. On the upside we had a nice room and the restaurant was very good.

Won't stay again

Stayed there this past weekend. The front staff were wonderful and the suite was enormous. The good news ends there. The pullout bed was awful. Our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. The pool was small and full of old people (I mean those in their 70s+). They complained of children being in the hot tub (the rules apparently are no kids under 14 in the spa) even with parents in the hot tub with them. Yet these older people were drinking out of glass beer bottles while soaking in the hot tub. There were no direct entrance to the pool. You have to walk out the front lobby through the parking lot to the pool. Yuck! Friends stayed in the room with 2 queen beds, and their view was into an atrium smaller than the bathroom with windows on the other side of the hallway. For another words, you cannot leave the only window and curtain open. The room was also small. Not 500 sq ft as advertised.

Wonderful accommodations, pool less than desirable

We were so thrilled with our room. It was spacious, had a wonderful view and the property looked lovely. Then we went to the pool. It was filled with bugs. Well, we thought maybe it was just because it had been a bit windy and would probably be better the next morning after a good cleaning. During the FIVE days there, we only swam in the pool twice. Once it was clean, the other time we swam because it was really hot and a dirty pool was better than NO pool. They really worked hard on weed eating, taking care of the outdoor surroundings, but they didn't clean the pool often enough. What a shame. It's a wonderful property but I won't return.
