The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. Woke up with stiff necks. Didn't sleep well at all.

The location has homeless people and drug addicts Wandering the streets and parking lot throughout all hours of the night. Theres no security

Carpet in the room was disgusting. The curtains didn’t close all the way so we had a bright light shining in our room all night. They charged $50 to our credit card at check in,incase of any accidentals and it will be a week before we get the money back. When she asked for my credit card to have on file for accidentals, she didn’t tell me she was going to charge me right then.

This place is terrible. Two ladies that I had flown on the same flight with asked me to walk them to their room because the area was so bad. The night manager was unimpressive. There was a man trying to sell drugs to people in the night lobby and the manager would not let them in to the main lobby to escape the predator drug dealer. Don't stay here! I like Best Western but this one is a dump!

Guest tried to cancel the reservation past cancelation time and because hotel would not allow it and this is the outcome. Thank you.

I didnt like the old outdated appliances and tv. The chair was also broken.

WELL BEFORE WE GOT TO GO IN THE ROOM WE COULD NOT FIND WHERE IT WAS AND THEN WHEN FOUND IT THE DOOR TO THE ROOM WAS NOT LOCK SOMEONE HAD ALREADY BEEN IN IT AND IT WAS DIRTY AND SMELL BAD AND HAD DIRTY TOWEL ON THE BED THEN WHEN WE REPORT IT TO THE FRONT DESK TO CANCEL THE ROOM SHE WAS NOT POLITE AND CHARGE ME FOR NOT TAKING THE ROOM SO KNOW I WAS NOT PLEASE WITH MY VISIT.
