Great stay. Needed a little maintenance. Entrance doorknob, AC filter, bathroom doorknob and toilet tank loose. Very quiet and slept soundly

One of our rooms had a smoke detector that wouldn’t stop beeping. Talked to the front desk and they refused to do anything about it, we ended up just disabling it. Then we put the privacy hanger on the door while we were out at our event, when we got back it had been taken off and set on the outer window sill. We came in and nothing looked moved until one of us got out of the shower and realized they had come in and taken our used towels and left us NONE to replace them! We both just dried off with the little half towel that we hadn’t used yet. We didn’t even bother with the front desk about it. Just really disappointing.

We were placed in a smoking room and all the outlets were covered in grime and fuzz from smoke and not being cleaned properly. The hot water was nonexistent and we had to take cold showers. The toilet seat was broken and had traces of feces that we had to clean ourselves prior to letting our 5 year old use the restroom. Toe nail clippings were found on the floor, so there is evidence that the room had not been vacuumed. Poor lighting in the room, very dingy room that did not match the photos provided by Travelocity. We will not stay in a Best Western property ever again!

Receptionist was kind and helpful. The nearby area was quiet and close to the vicinity of shopping centers. The room was clean and problem free! Will definitely recommend to anyone.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. Woke up with stiff necks. Didn't sleep well at all.

The location has homeless people and drug addicts Wandering the streets and parking lot throughout all hours of the night. Theres no security

If you are going to do the review for the hotel then please don't hide behind Anonymous tag. It defeats the purpose and legitimacy of your review. Who knows what they are saying is the truth!!!
