First of all we take all the bugs complaints very seriously. We do have plans and Procedure in place to tackle any bug problems. TJ stayed in the room for two nights without any problem. She didn’t have any problem with her room but her friend or family stayed in a different room for two nights as well and she started drama at check out and made a complaint about bugs, her friend was advised that we would have trained professional inspect the room and we would reach out to her with our findings. Yesterday we called her friend back and informed her that we flip the whole room upside down and did not find any bugs. When we said that, right away her friend admitted that they had done the same thing and they didn’t find anything either yet continued to ask for some kind of compensation. When we said no, there will be no compensation she influenced her friend and family to go on social media to slander the hotel. They are using this social media platform as a bully tactic, give me what I want or I will blast you on the internet. Such a shame.

It was a nice stay. Nothing fancy, just straight forward. Staff was super kind and fixed our toilet when it wouldn't flush. They also provided a hair dryer and extra pillow. Rooms were clean but a little old. The carpet was a bit dirty and there were no usb charging spots but plenty of plug in spots. Breakfast (due to Covid) was just packaged grab and go items (yogurt, apple sauce, dry cereal and cereal bars...no milk or spoons or bowls).
