Convenient location but dirty room. That says a lot because we had just come from a week of camping and still thought it was too dirty.

Louisa, please accept my apologies for your suite not being ready for occupancy when you checked into our hotel. We are sure this resulted from miscommunication between our Housekeeping and Front Office Departments; a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and a supervisor has inspected it. Extended Stay America - Tulsa Central…. I don’t have enough bad things to say. As soon as I checked in, I found out my toilet was broke. I had to call the front office 3 times over the course of 3.5 HOURS to get it fixed. The AC unit made the room about as comfortable as laying on a cactus; it would be freezing by the window and you’d sweat in the bathroom. The bed and pillows were terrible that by the third night I was in extreme pain and was lucky to get 3 hours of rest a night. Thank God my boyfriend was with me the last day too, because there was a guy smoking next to the elevator who looked at me like he wanted to find my room and rape me later. I was scared stiff just sitting in the room! Overall, if I could give negative stars, I would. I recommend Travelocity never ever put someone in this POS motel again; it really makes them look bad that their ok to put their customers in actual danger.

My non smoking room didn't existed. Room smelled like a chain smoker lived there. Cigarette burn marks everywhere including the bedding. Room was freezing, it took hours (5 ) to get the room warmed up. No extra blanket. Nothing. No extra anything. Dishes. Wash cloths. Nothing

The lady at check in was very nice. The actual property was pretty dirty. There were cigarettes and dog droppings everywhere. The room was picked up, but it just felt dirty.

CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE

You can't beat the price staying at this Extended Stay in Tulsa. The front desk could not have been nicer and were very nice about exchanging our dirty towels for clean ones twice in our week stay. It's pretty bare bones, no pool, and we did buy and air freshener for our room, but I will stay there again if ever in Tulsa. Some friends staying at the nearby hotels (it's in a loop of hotels of the freeway) paid twice and three times as much. I hate paying much for a room when we really are only sleeping there. Decent neighborhood across Memorial St for walking or running.

One week of a good bargain

The concept of the extended-stay is a good one I had all the amenities I needed such as laundry room, quick breakfast, refrigerator, microwave stove shower etc. The staff welcoming was a little odd, as the clerk told me I did not have a reservation I had to show her my Travelocity receipt and then she remembered that she had my reservation in a special pile I also had to ask for an extra hanger and she brought me an ice tray instead Note, that the silverware and cups and dishcloths do not come standard You have to ask for them There was a little noise from the parking lot but other than that the facility was fine Would have preferred if the inside of the drawers and the floors were a little cleaner but it was tolerable It was an excellent price I enjoy cooking for myself every night and saving money The shower refrigerator microwave and stove worked perfectly Overall I'm glad I stayed
