Having our stuff stolen from the cleaning manger then having our friends rooms dirty with bed bugs

The only issue I have with this hotel is the staff that cleans the rooms. I stayed multiple days, and they would NOT refresh the room unless I specifically asked. On the days that they DID refresh the room, they did not replace the coffee supplies. After day 3, I had to ask the front desk to have them sweep up the bugs in the bathroom and closet floors. Those were there when I arrived. The entire week i was there, the 2nd floor had dirt and some type of paper when you exited the elevator, which means they didnt vacuum that area the whole week i was there. For as nice as this facility is, I expected more from the cleaning staff.

Trains are loud. Ice machine is too loud and can be heard in your room. Need to either not use that room or soundproof the ice machine area

the front desk staff was nice. no other way to describe the room but nasty. complained to the front desk and they "will make note of it". got cleaning supplies myself. cleaned, the floors, toilet, sink, swept the room floor. for the same price there are hotels in Claremore you don't have to clean yourself. well at least the sheets on the bed appeared clean.
