Decent value

Booked at last minute. Hotel is primarily geared toward business travel and since it was right before Christmas, we got a great rate. With that said, if someone was paying full rate, I would question the value. Staff was friendly and helpful but facilities could use some tlc. Hallway was in need of a good vacuuming. Although room was clean on the surface there were some things like the air conditioning unit looking dirty and I noticed dirt on the door trim. Also the shower would not work so my wife had to use the tub. Beds were clean and comfortable. Decent place for the money but some of the small things didn't seem to be up to Hilton standards.

Hotel Great...But Has Problems!

Pros: In general the hotel was fine; but their restaurant was a joke!
Cons: They advertise having pool and hot-tub; nothing available....Their restaurant--cold food served uncook, poor service,people who had no interest in helping you or fixing the problems!
Location: location fine with many retail outlets not far away

Great place to stay

Location: Recommend going to tulsa aquarium
Room was just the way the best way a hotel should be roomy an very home like feeling would recommend this hotel to everyone .

Motel Hell

The night clerk asks me if I want a wake up but I never get one. The rooms are creepy and the television must be at least ten years old. I thought I was staying at a respectful business hotel but instead I had checked into Motel Hell.

Bad Motel

The night clerk asked me if I wanted a wake up call and didn't put it through. Almost missed my business meeting. The rooms are creepy and the television has to be ten years old. Thought I had checked into a respectable business hotel but found out I had paid $* for this motel.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Tulsa South last week. The staff was most cordial and supportive, the food in the cafe was very good, and the rooms were well maintained. If I were to go back to Tulsa again I would choose to stay at that hotel.

Surprised for the price

I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. We have stayed in other three star hotels in Tulsa that are not nearly as nice. I booked the hotel based on price, and location, plus it offered two queen size beds when many hotels only offered two full size beds. There was also a mini fridge and microwave in the room. The real bonus, our weekend stay ended up being 25% less than what our original booking price was! The down side, the pillows were terrible, it was as if they would deflate the moment you put your head down. Also, the air conditioner did not get quite as cold as we would have liked, even though there was a thermostat in the room, it must have had some override on it. It was probably cool enough for most families though. Regardless, we did not deem these two issues worthy enough to complain about. I would stay there again, and it the next three college years I am sure we will, but I will bring my own pillows.
