The staff was overwhelmingly helpful. I contacted them about having to check in late, and the manager began to inform me of all of the traffic delays that I was about to get into. Said he would make sure he would hold my room because he knew the feeling. That evening their was an additional cost on my account and the night manager Jaime I believe was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the extra charge and fixing the problem. They have a great staff.
