The poor front desk clerk was running around trying to help everyone. Got to our room, key card didnt work. Our room wasnt cleaned. Dirty towels out, trash in can, bed not made or washed. The front desk brought us clean sheets and towels which we put on our bed ourselves. She was still trying to fix our door and another door across hall. Bed was on a platform than would slide and moved everytime we touched bed. Dead bugs on floor too.

The beds were hard mattresses there was an odor that we couldn't figure out.

VERY OVERPRICED!!! Check-in was chaotic! We had a reservation and check in time was at 3 and we got there about 3:15 and the staff seemed unsure of what rooms were available and assigned us a room when we got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned and we had to wait about 30 mins for it to be ready and the cleaning lady was aggravated we needed it cleaned. There was no water pressure in the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no amenities in the room at all. We turned the air way down and it was still barely cool. Will not be using this motel again!

We arrived late at 2:00AM .The property was under remodel construction on one end. We were told our room was dirty and not available and no more rooms. The one attendant looked for 30 minutes in the call computer and left 2 times to go look at rooms. Turned away 2 other guests with reservations cause of no rooms. Finally gave us a room 1 hour later. The key didn’t work so started back to the office at 3:00 AM and here she came to let us in , like she knew the key wouldn’t work. The room was clean. Newly remodeled and bare essentials. Will not try them again. ☹️👎 ! Overall bad experience for a long day.

Had a great stay, room was good for the night. The bed although wasn't a bed, it was a mattress on a board. The mattress slid around anytime you moved. Not comfortable at all. Suggest a box spring and a mattress. Very clean though and looked like it was new or renovated. Will stay again if we had to.
