Front desk staff do not wear masks during the pandemic. There is no information packet about how to use the apartment and amenities. Immediately, it was clear that the toilet was not working properly. There is no phone to call the desk. I went down and someone agree to come up a plunger, which worked. The thermostat was unworkable, so it went down to 62 or 67 during the night, which was very cold and dry, resulting in a sore throat. I finally went down to ask about it and was told they would contact the engineer. No one ever came to inspect it. (I was in the room all day and night). It took us two days to realize that there was, indeed, a silverware drawer, which had no handle, and looked just like the fake drawer facing in front of the sink and stove. The picture of the studio shows an oven, but there was no oven.

Plenty of space and nice televisions. Pool room was more like a sauna, hot tub did not work. Bathtubs were stained at the bottom, no sheet on the pull out couch, only 3 pillows to each bed and they fell to easily. Breakfast was bland and juices tasted watered down. Card readers worked good, but doors were not shutting properly.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. The overall experience we had was positive because of the staff and also none of the guests were "noisy" or partying so we could actually rest each evening. The only thing I would say is the hotel is due for an update/rehab. The location was great for our purposes - central to everything we needed.

Overbooked 4 kids

I flew down from Fla to OKC with my big family and was told no room was available. I booked a week out and was offered no refund

Felt like part of the family during our long stay

Pros: The staff exceeded my expectations. Tyler was amazing and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The location was convenient as well.
Cons: The air freshener that was used in our room was a bit overwhelming at first. The smell went away after a day or so, which was good.
Location: There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Having a Super Target across the street was very convenient during our two week stay.
My husband and I adopted a baby girl who was born in Tulsa and we needed to stay about two weeks while all the paperwork was being completed. Our daughter was born earlier than expected so when I went to change my reservation, the hotel was completely booked for the first night we needed. The staff was wonderful and worked with us to get a room next door at the SpringHill Suites at the same special rate we were given at Residnce Inn. The next day, we moved into our one bedroom suite and settled in. Our room was clean and comfortable and was very accommodating for taking car of a newborn baby while we waited to get the clearance to travel home to Colorado.

Disrespectful staff and needs to accept cash.

Hotel won’t except cash deposit. We don’t use credit of any kind. Bernie the night desk guy was great. Day crew was making fun of us at breakfast. Not even thinking we might be there, And we were. Why would you turn cash down. In your hand. Don’t make good sense. Customer should come first. Always! Thanks Bernie for being the only one to use your brain. Last but not least. We stayed two nights found bill under door charging us for 3 nights why add a night we did not want?

weekend stay with the family

I was not happy with my stay here,upon arrival at 3pm we had to wait 30 more minutes because our room was not finished. The customer service was not very good. The first room we got, we had to plunge the commode, the a/c stopped working and the dishwasher was very loud. We did get another room and the a/c did work, but in the middle of the night the battery in the fire alarm started beeping. The front desk did give us a battery so that we could change it. The room was nice and clean, it was large and accomadating. The breakfast was really good and it had a very nice selection. The front desk sent us on a wild goose chase looking for bandaids in the foyer, I will not return to this hotel. Not because of the minor stuff mainly because of the service.
