The staff was very attentive and service was very good. The place is some what rundown. It could use some paint and renovations. The pool was always dirty.

I didn't like that the property itself was very dirty the pool was even worse I believe they only clean the pools twice during my stay . The gym equipment was dirty and the resort was old and not kept. Staff was always asking for tips even after one drink ...AC was down for two days !! Water in the room smelled terrible

Had a live show and a pool party. I think they should incorporate more events per night like salsa dancing or something. Hotel was nice and clean but they need mosquito torches near the walkways of the villas. Overall great stay.

What to say about KORE Tulum aside from WOW. This resort was beautiful - absolutely breathtaking. It felt secluded yet fun and the grounds were kept beautifully. Food was delicious (not a buffet unlike most all-inclusive resorts). The staff was attentive and SO nice. Will absolutely be back.

This is a beautiful hotel. I really recommend this hotel. FYI: you can not go swimming at the beach in front of the hotel. There's a public beach about 20 mins. walking distance where you can go swimming. Other than that this is a great hotel! I loved the location and the staff.
