If you get the room through Travelocity or any other site you don't get to use any of the amenities. Because you didn't go through the motel. They don't help you by correcting the problem that you didn't know about. They tell you that there is nothing they can do. And this was from management. so you just have a room and they charge you for everything as extra. All the way down to house keeping. This was the first time I have ever experienced this in my life. The check in guy was the best part of being there. He was very friendly and nice. After that the hotel sucked. They didn't even try to help . Don't stay there.

They had no record of my Travelocity/Expedia reservation when I tried to check in. I had to pull a paper copy of the reservation for them to finally believe I had already paid.

Great value in Joshua tree

Pros: The price. The location. The staff.
Cons: Nothing. '
Location: It's very close to Joshua tree national park and close to the town of twenty nine palms.
This hotel was an outstanding place to stay while in Joshua tree. It was reasonably priced, very clean and good size. Location to the park was fantastic. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I would definately stay here again on my return trip to Joshua tree.

Located next to a Grocery Store. Very convenient because I was tired of driving. Very good price. Lobby coffee was really weak, however.

Bad

The hotel staff change my room and wouldn't change it back I didn't get room that I reserved I will not go back bad experience the staff was terrible

Fine Stopover Motel

Pros: Free Internet
We used this motel because it was a good stopover point from where we started to where we were going. It was a fine motel for that purpose. It was not centrally located for walking purposes but restaurants were a short drive away.
