First we had to wait two hours after the 4PM checkin time before our room was ready. Then once in the room the TV didn’t work and the microwave didn’t work either. And at that point had to change rooms after waiting an extra two hours to get in a room. Was not a pleasant experience to have when your traveling with two small children.

This property was $215 a night after taxes. The room was horrible; the front door had paint scratched off from the inside. The light in the bathroom was a bare bulb surrounded by missing paint. The TV only worked on a few channels, many without sound. No housecleaning service at all until you leave. Had to ask for towels as they said no cleaning until you leave. I could go on. Very bad for $215 a night. This place is bad. Expedia/Travelocity should get a clue on this one.

Great location and staff! Room was clean and stocked. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Just a few steps to the beach. Would stay again.
