I was unimpressed with this Hotel. The staff needs to be better trained with someone nearby to assist during training, not by phone. Also, the check in person did not ask for my credit card, so on my second day, after arriving back to my room with an armful of items, going by the front desk and then up to my room, I found I was locked out. Back downstairs, I was told the check in clerk did not get a credit card, and they needed to speak with me. They had my phone number. There had to be a better way to contact me other than locking me out of my room. They could have called and said I would not have access until the issue was resolved, especially since it was not my fault to begin with. The elevator door needs grease or repair. It's so loud opening and closing, it started jangling my nerves when it opened and closed. The staff needs work in the area of customer service. I most likely will not stay again.

👌 The room was finer the breakfast ok. On arrival my room had towels from the previous guest left on the shower curtain rod.

Nice hotel, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Walls were a bit thin, but that may have seemed so because of the rambunctious children in the room above us!

We were there for a wedding and the hotel was convenient for everytging,. The staff was super helpful with last minute things and how to find places would definitely stay there again when we are in the Rea

Spacious, modern, clean

Pros: spacious, clean
Cons: More breakfast options with low sugar content (plain yogurt, 100% whole grain bread), raisin bran
Location: On main street near Mall, gas station/convenience store. Close to Mt St Macrina, easy drive to Laurel Caverns.
Enjoyed our stay in this spacious room with all the amenities, no complaints!

Great value for price

Hotel is located in front of a mall with numerous restaurants located near by. Nice heated in door pool. Small exercise room. Great wifi throughout. Good tv with premium movie channels. A ample breakfast. Very nice staff
