Old bed, horrible pillow, spider webs, noisy, poor maintaining (paint, old tub, broken doors, etc) Never again!

There was no daily housekeeping, a negative that was not noted at check-in. If I am paying by the day, I expect the same daily service. The bath tub is in serious need of renovation. There was a hole in the wall by door not banging into the wall. Breakfast bar machinery was broken and out of order sign looks like it had been there for a while indicating that there has been no effort to fix them.

My problem is with travelocity. I was double booked. I am traveling by myself, why do I need two rooms? Please refund the cost of one of the rooms.
