After checking in we found that the hotel had rooms with balconies. When we enquired about the additional cost for a room with balcony we were upgraded to that with no additional cost. It was very nice room.

4.5/5 A great hotel! The only issues we had was the housekeeping refused to clean our room or leave extra towels even after asking. And our sink leaked on the floor since the drain stopper wasn’t connected, other than that it was amazing and I love the restaurant and bar they had! A heated pool and huge hot tub ! Will be staying again!

The hotel was nicely renovated and felt welcoming. Location was great and especially liked the free shuttle into the village. Enjoyed the live music in the lobby each night and also getting massages at the Simply Massage located conveniently in the hotel. Overall a great place to stay when exploring Vail!
