Stunning but badly positioned
The staff are super friendly. The hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable beds and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the hotel is located next to a narrow lane with bars and music playing loudly into the night. The staff kindly gave me earplugs. Also, the water in the bath/shower didn’t drain (the knob to lift the plug also didnt work), so i could take a shower in the morning before leaving. I was too tired to ask staff to come up and sort it out.

Excellent location, in the heart of Valetta. Close to all the main sights. Large room and bathroom, with fantastic shower and Loccitane products to use. Robes and slippers provided. Kettle provided, tea and coffee sachets available. Nice rooftop with (small) pool.only tried the breakfast one day but it was good (€16 pp). The only complaint I had was that our room was overlooking a noisy street which kept me up all night. Asked to be moved but was told the hotel was fully booked. Was moved on my second last night. But unfortunately was moved to a room that was a lot smaller and the bathroom did not have a bathtub. On checkout it would’ve been nice to have acknowledgement of the inconvenience we experienced. Also it would be good to have more than one water filter machine on each floor.

Staff could not have been more helpful!
We contacted the hotel in advance and had a couple of special requests! Those were more than met and we were made to feel really special. Every member of the staff we met was polite, helpful and professional and showed that they really cared. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, roof top views magnificent. Nothing to complain about only to praise!
