Large, friendly 80 m2 flat with terraces for up to 9 people. Close to the slopes, ski school, mini-market and village centre. 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the other with 1 double bed and a bunk bed). The living room has a 2-seater sofa bed (+ 4 armchairs) and satellite TV. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Dining room with farmhouse table seating 10. Separate bathroom and WC. Pets are welcome. The 36m² terrace is fully equipped with table, chair, parasol and two deckchairs.

Sejour a valloire du 9 au 16 mars 2024
Nous avons passer une tres bonne semaine dans ce chalet idealement situe a valloire au pied des pistes parfait pour les cours de ski des enfants a lEfs et proche de tous les commerces. Nous avons ete tres bien accueille par Mr Pasquier et le chalet est fidel a sa description. Nous reviendrons a Valloire .

Logement idéalement situé au pieds des pistes et bien exposé. Logement très accueillant, chaleureux pour 7 personne adultes Idéale pour une famille de 9 avec des enfants, un peu trop étroit pour des adultes uniquement 😅 La femme du propriétaire et très gentille et très accueillante. La cuisine étant bien équipée c'est génial pour se préparer de bon petits plats 😅

Super séjour !!
Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Les gérants sont très réactifs. Emplacement idéal : les pistes sont à 3 minutes, il y a un magasin Sherpa à 1 minute et le centre de Valloire est à 5 minutes.

Chalet de rêve
Nous avons séjourné chez Mr Passquier du 6 au 13 janvier. Un accueil très chaleureux en arrivant avec une visite de l'appartement qui d'ailleurs nous a tout suite charmé avec les baies vitrées face à la montagne magnifique. Pas besoin de ce tracasser pour la vaisselle tout y est vraiment tout.. Pour les petits plats en famille vraiment top. Mr Pasquier a pris le temps de nous donner quelques petites adresses dans la station pour y faire nos courses un petite plus vraiment sympa. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de ce logement et nous allons louer pour 2025.

Un chalet très agréable
Ce chalet plein de charme est idéalement placé dans la station de Valloire. Le vaste séjour possédé deux grandes baie offrant une superbe vue sur les pistes et la montage. L'accueil par le propriétaire est sympathique. Bref nous avons passé une semaine de ski impeccable.

Nous avons passé un super sejour. Le chalet est très bien situé de sorte que nous n avons pas eu a reprendre la voiture du sejour. Le propriétaire, fort sympathique, nous a délivré de bons conseils. Nous pensons revenir !

Séjour en famille Février/Mars 2023
Appartement conforme à l'annonce, décoration d'époque, spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé et très lumineux. Le balcon est très ensoleillé et suffisamment grand pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Il est a noté que l'accès aux pistes se fait par environ 200m de marche (pas évident pour les personnes âgées et les enfants surtout avec le matériel de ski). L'accès direct à la supérette est très appréciable (environ 50m).
