Living room with cozy dining area and comfortable lounge area. TV, comfortable leather sofa, work desk, exit to large balcony.

Excellent Apartment
Booking process and communication with the owner was very easy. The apartment is in a great location, at the quieter end of Torre del Mar in the location of the old sugar factory. That area has been turned into a well designed redevelopment of apartment blocks and park land. Great selection of restaurants / bars / supermarkets and the long beach all within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is a reasonable size and very well equipped. There is a spiral staircase to the roof terrace which has a good selection of furniture and shade. The block also has a small communal garden and swimming pool. We would stay there again,

Peaceful Escape!
In a quieter part of town, this apartment feels like such an escape, yet is still such a short walk from the beach and the buzz of the town centre. The rooftop terrace with all of its awnings enables sun-soaking, or the joy of being outside whilst not getting cooked by the Spanish sun! We enjoyed the place just off-season, so the apartment block was very quiet. Impressively well-appointed kitchen with everything you could wish for to enjoy a home from home. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment in a fantastic location . Everything on the doorstep. The property was immaculate and very very well appointed, absolutely everything you would need. The roof terrace was fantastic. Would have no doubts about renting again.

Ha cumplido totalmente con las expectativas y han solucionado rápidamente imprevisto como una avería de un frigorífico, teniendo en pocas horas uno nuevo En una zona muy tranquila del pueblo y a pocos minutos de la zona de compras y ambiente del pueblo En la zona cercana al apartamento tienes comercio ,restauración suficiente para el día a día La zona del ático es un zona alladida de gran valor

Piso muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa
Experiencia muy positiva. En la planta principal cuenta con todo lo necesario para poder hacer vida normal sin echar de menos nada. Muy completo en mobiliario y utensilios. Y en la planta superior una terraza muy grande con barbacoa donde pasar las noches en la época de verano que hemos estado, es de lo mejor que se puede encontrar. Muy recomendable
