Rooms facing the freeway are exceptionally loud. When I asked to be moved to the other side I was told that they couldn't because all of those rooms had two beds. Even though the price on expedia was the same. One microwave for the whole property? Long, loud domestic disturbance at 2am ignored by the staff, alarm went off at 3am. I gave up and left. I will never go back.

The property was a homeless shelter convicts inside and out armed with knives. There was no guards The shirtless thugs frightened my wife and we left immediately for safety and to prevent being robbed and vandalised. Getting a hold of travelocity was impossible and corrupt scam with wait times of 4 hours and call back not attempted. The entire day was frustrated by terrible requirements to cancel reservation by travelocity ruined my vacation left me with feelings that I will never forget the injustice.
