What did I like about GT Hotel? Where to begin? The front desk clerk was efficient,knowledgable,& considering how tired we were from our long day's drive with a [6x12] sq. ft. trailer packed full of furnishings,we appreciated the quiet room. The room was actually a suite with black out curtains,comfortable temperature,the shower's water pressure & ease of temp. adjustment were a welcome surprise,and the king size bed's mattress was perfectly firm. Be aware that you cannot just walk in or telephone to reserve your room---you need to Google Expedia or some other travel website to find the "GT," Green Tree Hotel on "GT" Street.

This was the worst hotel at which I have ever stayed. There were drug deals, prostitution, dog fights, people living in their cars, hazardous waste in the hall being removed from the rooms out of which they couldn’t evict. I had my two daughters with me and it was unsafe. The Uber driver said she doesn’t usually pick up from there. I could tell it wouldn’t be fancy but I didnt know it was at that level. The pictures were not representative of the horrible atmosphere. We didn’t stay the second night. We wouldn’t have stayed the first night but we had a flat tire and weren’t able to get it fixed until the second night. I am very disappointed in Travelocity for hosting this hotel you should think of removing it from your sight.

The property has kind of a funky 60's retro fee in a good way. I like the vibe in the lobby, which is a large area with a grand piano. I once attended a banquet here, and the food and service was decent. It has great potential, but much of it needs a good cleaning, new carpet and room renovation, especially the 3 story portion of the building, which is where the monthly rentals are. Seems to be a few too many drunks and drug addicts handing around this area. I would not rent a room on this side, especially if you have wife and kids with you. The other side of the motel seems fine. Room rates are reasonable, but proceed with caution.

I recently rented a suite at your victorville location upon arrival to our room @ approx. 330pm on april 2nd 2021 (My husband and 2 lil girls ages 9 and 7.) The refrigerator didn't work i called the front desk they said they will send a new on over at 1030 pm. Still no fridge so i went to front said they will call maintenance. He brought one and that didn't work either 30min later he came back the plug under sink was no good finally about 1130 we where able to put parashibles away. During our stay my 9yr old encountered a baby cockroach (see pic)and she killed it. When putting kids to bed my 9yr old came across a bug in the bed( see video) while i was cleaning kitchen area i came across an adult cockroach (see pic) and killed it. As i was sitting in the plush chairs i felt something bite me on the back of my neck and behind my arm. Now i am allergic to bed bug bites and as the night went on i could feel the burning and came to the conclusion that it was more then likely bed bugs that had bitten me. (See pics) the next moring approx. 11am i located a manger who then changed my room. I paid 231. For 2 nights never have i stayed at a motel where there was some many issues just to relax
