In reservations I specifically asked to call me if any issues. My sister is a refugee from Ukraine. I paid for the room and called hotel gave them my debit card number to charge for the dinner part. When family were checking out the person was lazy didn’t read the notes. There were notes in place , I verified this morning . I am disappointed that no one attempted to call me from the hotel . The bill was paid with the last cash my sister and her husband had. I am disappointed that this hotel didn’t even try provide customer service! The world is helping refugees but this hotel would not even take my money to pay for food! Instead decided to make them feel unwelcome! I thought Austria is a nice country with kind people, but now I doubt that

Dear Iryna, after reading your comment I immediately checked the incident internally. Unfortunately, it is true that a mistake happened. I am so sorry. First, we discussed this with the team members involved and trained them again to avoid this from recurring. Besides this, I am especially sorry for this because we are very aware how tragic the situation in Ukraine is. For this reason, we also had offered special discounts for Ukraine guests. Of course, we always try to make our guests’ stays as smooth as possible and do our best to avoid mistakes. But the special circumstances make this mistake a tragic one. Hotel is very appealing to the eye.

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
The location is very good. Off to the side of the busiest streets but close enough to get where you need to be. The Hotel Staff could not have been more helpful. They were patient when I was asking questions and were concerned that I understood the answers.

Good location and affordable

Pros: Close restaurants, walking distance to tourist sights
Cons: unfriendly restaurant staff, expensive transportation to airport
Very much enjoyed my stay here, as it was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The major tourist area and visitor information office is just a 10 to 15 minute walk up the road from the hotel. Also, in the hotel you can get 30 minutes of free wireless Internet use per day. The only issue I had was that the bar and waiting staff were unfriendly; close to rude, but I will be nice and just say they are not really friendly. This was surprising, as all the other staff at the Holiday Inn were wonderful and helpful. A tip: Skip the 15 Euro hotel breakfast and eat at a little cafe right across the street for about 4 to 6 Euros.

It has been a wonderfull hotel with an excellent service.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I will visit that hotel again and I already recommended it to some friends.
