My go to hotel when I stay in Vienna. I find it comfortable and convenient, great location. This visit they didn't have my booking, even through I had a conformation from Hotels.com. But they quickly fixed it without question. Rooms still need a bigger desk to be able to work on it.

Hotel was placed near the main district with all the shops and local restaurants. The staff there was super helpful, we stayed there for 4 nights and overall its been a great experience. Mind you this isnt our first Ruby Experience, we stayed at Ruby Mimi in Zurich and we loved the decor. The only nitpick that did lower 1 star for the review is that they only had 1 lift working, the other one was in maintence or something. This means you would end up staring at the wall for few mins before the lift came up to the 2nd floor. There was construction work due to them fitting a rooftop bar but there was no mention of this while booking. However these two shortcomings did not deter from the whole experience and I would deffintely use Ruby hotels in countries where available.

Awesome boutique hotel hidden away from the mainstream tourist traffic, but in a perfect location. As a solo traveler it was safe and very convenient. The subway is steps from the door and restaurants and attractions are very walkable. Super cute decor and very clean. The only criticism I would say is there is no food available in the afternoon or evening besides pizza. The breakfast buffet is fine but you’d be better off walking to a close by coffee shop for the price. There is no fridge in the room, so even though grocery is close by you’re limited. On the other hand the staff is very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, and for help navigating the various sights to see in Vienna. Aside from the food I would not hesitate to recommend!
