The pools were very nice. Also, the breakfast bar was great and the staff very helpful and friendly. While the hotel is showing a bit of wear (as is often seen for beach hotels), we would definitely return for a visit.

The carpets were dirty; elevators had no AC; rooms were not cleaned at all during my 3 night stay (only towels were left outside of room); the pools were unkept and smelled too strong of chlorine; and other hotel guests behaved inappropriately towards children (e.g., called my 16 year old niece a devil just because she walked twice past them and another guest abruptly grabbed her bag when I walked past her). Overall, the most terrible experience in all the years I’ve been traveling.

The elevators were very small, out of date & extremely hot…the hallways were also very hot…the hotel rooms were 8/10 for cleanliness, and liquid from the balconies would drop on you while you were trying to relax by the pool, very odd…
