Finding the perfect beach rental is not a myth, with the Three Mermaids offering a fantastic beach experience for families. Whether you have mermaids or mermen, you will appreciate the great location; close to the beach, and set back off a road less traveled than others. The large lot is nicely landscaped and naturally wooded with a large playground in the backyard and a sparkling pool fenced-in from the rest of the backyard.

You will enjoy a unique lake view from Three Mermaids, with nice water views from the back as well as direct access to the water through the gated fence. There are a total of six large outdoor decks for a variety of outdoor views. Bring your own kayak or rent one locally and venture out onto the lake, enjoy the sights and sounds of this hidden gem, or enjoy a quiet cup of coffee while watching the sunrise from the front deck while you listen to the crashing waves. A spacious and beautifully furnished interior offers all the comforts of home to ensure your stay is remarkable.

The upper level has a bright open great room feel with a kitchen, dining, and living area flowing nicely together. The kitchen is well appointed with a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, gas stove, ample cabinet space, and a kitchen island. There is dining space for everyone, with a farm-house style large table and counter seating. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, for relaxing and spreading out while enjoying the gas fireplace and TV. There is an enclosed sun porch with an electric fireplace off of the living room, a great getaway spot for quiet reading. The large king main suite has a private bath, with a double vanity and tub. The second bedroom is perfect for children, with two bunk sets (each twin-over-double, sleeping for six), sharing a shared bath with the third queen bedroom. An additional small den just off the living room can be used as another sleeping spot, with a twin day bed.

The ground floor of Three Mermaids has a small den, with a comfortable leather couch and a twin trundle bed, as well as a full bath with a shower, and a small screened porch leading to the pool. The pull-through garage has doors on both ends, which open up for great breezes while you play a game of Ping-Pong. There is also a full refrigerator in the garage for convenient access to beverages while enjoying the ample outdoor entertaining spaces. Getting to the wide sandy beach is easy via the public beach access path, just a few easy minutes away, and there is a hose attachment outdoors under the house for easy cleanup after a day at the beach.

Amenities include four TVs throughout, DVD players, free WiFi, gas fireplaces, sun porch, screened porch, a sparkling pool, game room (garage) with Ping-Pong, a gas grill, a children's play area, a fenced-in back yard, plus the Eagles Nest Deck with spiral staircase access.

Gas fireplaces are only available for off-season use only from October-May.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
