The Avenues of Waco is a welcome alternative to cramped hotel accommodations. We provide an entire house for you and your family/friends/loved ones to enjoy and rest in Waco, just steps away from the Magnolia Silos, Baylor, and downtown.

3 BR/ 2.5 BA and includes a host of amenities, including:

What a wonderful surprise!!! This property was even better than expected!!! Just by accident we met the host and she is a sweetheart! (We were just driving by much too early to check in but just double checking location. She was just finishing up the cleaning and insisted that we could go ahead and move in early.....just perfect!

Our group of 6 (ages 2-75) enjoyed the house immensely! It’s beautiful, clean, and the perfect spot tucked cosily into 8th street! Walking distance to most things, including silos, magnolia press, etc. - it’s in the best spot! The backyard is amazing and there is ample parking tucked safely into the side! DD is an amazing host who does everything to make your stay ideal! Our three kiddos enjoyed the basket of toys in the living room and we loved the kids plates/bowls/utensils in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

The cottage house was lovely, spacious, very nice rooms and we all felt very secure. Great parking with a large spacious driveway in the back. Close to all the places we wanted to visit. Awesome property when visiting magnolia and surrounding area. Very central to a ton of restaurants, stores, and the silos! Easily a 2-3 minute walk to the magnolia corner. very clean home and great layout. Thoughtfully arranged and put together!
