Do not have any hot water the evening we arrived did get hot water next day

It was close to where we wanted to visit, easy on and off the highway. The staff was great. Harley (?) was so pleasant and made us feel very welcomed. Even the breakfast lady was kind and solicitous. Would go back in a minute
