The room was clean at check-in, and the room was large and comfortable. One of the morning clerks was friendly, however the other 2 clerks were not. I asked for an extra blanket 2 days in a row, but never got one. Although housekeeping did a decent job on follow up days, it did not seem that the floors were vacuumed during our 3 night stay. The tv remote was so old we couldn't read what buttons controlled what. The front door didn't seal well.

I was really hoping that with the renovations, others were mentioning, I would be pleasantly surprised. I was so disappointed. Besides the renovations looking sloppy we had a giant cockroach leg and other bugs in the bathroom. Pulled back the sheets on one bed and they were very dirty. Bedspreads also were dirty. They did come with clean sheets to change them out but after a long day that was the last thing we wanted to wait for. I should have paid $20 more for a different place to stay.

Bath room was only partially cleaned. Toothpaste droppings and hair and stubble from shaving were still in the sink. Toilet paper holder frame was detached from wall. Baseboard trim in the bathroom was incomplete. Not even close to the 4/5 cleanliness rates online at Travelocity. Check Google ratings of 2/4 is more accurate.
