I didn’t like anything. I paid for a room that I couldn’t check-in to because they can’t update anything and were over booked

Showed up ti check in and was told that there was no room available and that the hotel would not honor the reservation. The next day, my cc company advised that I had bee charged for the room for being a "no show."

The sheets, the shower, the refrigerator, and the microwave were clean. That's all you need, right? Just don't touch the walls, or anything else. Check-in and check out were much more complicated than they should have been. For half the price of the Hilton down the road, this was adequate.

They overbooked so I had no room when I showed up at 10:00 pm. They did nothing to help me find another place. The same thing happened to another couple that arrived a few minutes after I did. Zero customer service

The property took a 50 deposit and in the morning i went to get my deposit back they said i had smoked in the room and would be keeping half of my deposit... I have not smoked a cigarette in over 7 months they said there were ashes on the table... Well the tables were wiped down after i packed and i even tied the trash bag up... Very upset and will not be going back there again Comforter was dirty stained and the tv or remotes did not work did not have a phone in the room eithef
