The Duo: A In the Heart of Waco

The Duo is a professionally managed townhome style new build here in the heart of Waco. Magnolia/Downtown/Baylor are just a short drive from us. This home was intentionally set up for a comfortable stress free stay with a stylish clutter free space and everything you need. We have a fully stocked kitchen, good wifi, cable/smartTV, games for everyone, a washer and dryer, and kids toys. Come see why people love staying in the spaces Nestbnb creates. (please note the driveway can only fit 2 cars)

In light of recent events, we have upgraded our already stringent cleaning protocols. In addition to our standard top to bottom clean between every stay, all surfaces in the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, pillows and mattresses and of course, the entire bathroom are disinfected with a disinfectant that completely kills all viruses. Our cleaning protocols go far beyond what you will find in most all traditional hotels and are the same as the best hotels. We are take the health and peace of mind of you, our guests, very seriously.

The Duo: A is professional managed by Nestbnb. We know you have things to do so we like to give you, our guest, your space. However, we are truly available 24/7 with quick responses during your stay.

We love Waco and have only had good experiences but Waco doesn’t look like what you might have seen on HGTV. Neighborhoods are a mix of rundown, renovated, and new build homes; our neighborhood is no exception. We feel comfortable in our neighborhood but everyone has different tolerances when in a new place. If you are sensitive to being in an area with run down homes and people from a wide range of backgrounds this might not be the listing for you.

Clean and convenient
The Duo was a great place to gather with family to watch the eclipse. It was clean and convenient to the zoo and Magnolia Market. We played corn hole in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of extra requests we had. Overall a good experience!

Nice new Waco home
We enjoyed staying in the Jarrell’s new Waco home! It has a fresh farmhouse look with everything that you need to feel at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you need to enjoy a nice family meal including Keurig Coffee, creamer & sugar. The beds are comfortable with nice white linens. The bathrooms are clean with soft thick towels & toiletries. There is a nice fenced backyard & a full sized washer & dryer with detergent/bleach. I appreciate all of the extras that made our stay enjoyable!

We needed a home environment for our stay in Waco. This home was perfect, it had 2 separate spaces for working, a lovely new kitchen and the space had great flow for our family of 4.
