Savor a lingering sunset and then be dazzled by the starriest night sky from the serenity of the outdoor lanai, beautifully groomed lawn with hammock, private heated pool with hot tub and custom deck with fire pit. We are located just minutes from Waikoloa King and Queens shops and restaurants , just 5 minutes to 'Anaeho'omalu Bay (also known as A Bay) located in Waikoloa Beach Resort and a short 7 minute drive north to Beach 69 and the white sands of Hapuna Beach.

Guests have access to the entire property as it is private. Instructions on how to access the property will be located in our house manual.
3rd Party Access to Property:
For the safety of our guests and home, outside vendors WITHOUT prior permission from Hawaii Luxe Travel, are not permitted on property at any time. Private information such as house codes and addresses should not be given out for any reason. In the event you wish to book Chefs, Fitness Instructors, Grocery Shopping Delivery Services etc., outside of Hawaii Luxe Travel Concierge Services, you must let us know in advance.
Other important things to note
Although we welcome families with children of all ages, our home is not child-proofed and require that children be supervised at all times. Please note for the safety of our guests and little ones, it is Hawaii State Law to have a pool safety fence around the pool.
There are three Ring cameras on property. One ring doorbell at the front door, another Ring camera floodlight in the driveway entry and one on the side of the house facing the street.
**Smoking of any kind is PROHIBITED in or in close proximity of the house. The designated smoking area is located at the beginning of the driveway away from the house. Should there be additional cleaning due to the smell of cigarette/Vape smoke, a $250 cleaning fee will be accessed at checkout**
