Located on the 9th fairway of Waikoloa golf course, our 1200 sq foot Villa offers a quiet getaway with breathtaking views of the Kohala coast. Whether your looking to unwind or enjoy an endless list of activities, you’ll feel totally recharged after a few peaceful nights at Waikoloa Charm.

Inside the Villa, you’ll find everything you need for your fun filled vacation. Provided for you are a choice of snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and a umbrella for that sunny day at the beach.

Love to golf? We have discounted golf for our guests, as well as golf clubs to use.
Free tennis or pickle ball on the nearby local village courts and we even have rackets for your use.

Fresh fruit, we have many fruit trees on the property to pick your own fruit in season.

Our villa is one of the most desirable and sought after units in the complex.
Since no condos in the area have A/C this 1st floor unit remains very cool thru out the day. Close in parking and very quiet and private end unit.

Just steps away in the pool area, you have the chance to relax under the Hawaiian sun or swim laps in one of the 2 refreshing pools or hot tubs. Gas BBQ barbecue facilities are available for your use.
We include amenity cards with our rentals allowing guests free water aerobics, use of tennis courts and discounts on golf.

Walking distance to a well stocked grocery, which offers great selection of fresh poke, sushi, crisp salads made with the island’s finest produce. Don’t forget to pickup the freshly baked Malasadas from the bakery or your favorite beer, wine or ingredients for a pitcher of Mai Tai’s!

Steps away are a variety of restaurants that are international as well as delicious! The food court has Mexican, Chinese, Thai, and traditional Hawaiian cuisine. Pueo’s Osteria Italian restaurant is the perfect place for a romantic night out. Of course Lava Java is the place for breakfast, serving of course, Kona coffee!

Opening soon another shopping center which will have additional restaurants, fitness center, hardware store, massage, nail and hair services.
