Disliked: Cleanliness
Look Elsewhere
This property has a lot of potential, but needs some serious TLC. The biggest concern was cleanliness. Moldy bathrooms and a filthy kitchen. Pots and pans are unusable due to scraped off non-stick surfaces and/or caked on food debris and rust. The oven was disgusting. The well water had a sulfur smell and the filtration system in the basement looked ancient. Basement and laundry area was dated. No blinds in many of the rooms, including the downstairs bathroom - we made one with a black trash bag in order to sleep. Uncomfortable beds. No instructions on how to dispose of trash as pervious tenant's garbage was still in the garage. Promised parking for two cars in the garage, but half was filled with old furniture and trash. Stained bedding in the master bedroom. When we contacted the property manager, they did refund our cleaning fee when we sent pics showing the grime we scrubbed from bathrooms and the oven door. We asked for assistance with stained bedding and garbage removal, but were repeatedly ignored. Several wall outlets were hanging by wires and many lightbulbs did not work. Also be prepared for camo fencing and keep out signs from the neighbors who share a driveway. A great location with easy access to both Sugarbush mountains, but that’s about the only plus. The living room was comfortable for our group of friends to socialize. Very disappointed in what we got for the price we paid. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left. Steer clear.
