We arrived at night and the power was out. We were unable to check in and still haven’t received a refund.

This place was literally a biohazard to be in, and has clearly not been cleaned in between customers (or on a regular basis ever) Dried blood in the bathroom. Dried urine on the toilet seat. Hair on the bathtub crusted on by god knows what. Multiple different types of hair between blankets. Mysterious stains on walls, floors, furniture. The hallways reeked of mildew and cigarettes. Also, I’m pretty sure this place functions mainly at a location for a prostitution ring.

Nice Staff willing to please!

Pros: close to people we were visiting, and it was on main highway
Cons: vacuum more, and make sure blow dryers work
Location: good location to see family, good shopping, and on main highway
Needed to vacuum the room more, and blow dryer did not work, but clean towels and sheets everyday, toiletries, and people working there and owner very, very nice!! We would go back again!

Not Very Clean...but friendly staff.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Clean the rooms, for real. The bathroom appeared clean, but the bed sheets just did not FEEL or smell clean.
Location: We stayed for an event at Budds Creek, so it was convenient to where we needed to be. Traffic was busy on the weekend.
The hotel was not very clean. I wondered if they just "Febreezed my sheets". The continental breakfast was lacking (two cereals, prepkged muffins, and a loaf of bread) all high sugar and starch. I was expecting at least some bananas and/or something more than just white toast, some English muffins or bagels would have been nice. It was one of those moments where you ask yourself "Should I trust the milk to put it on my cereal?" On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and courteous. I was glad I was only staying for one night though.

Dirty and rundown

This just convinced us to never stay in a hotel with less than 21/2 stars.

Super 8 not great

Pros: the room was clean.
Cons: the toilet should work, the toilet paper holder needs to be fixed, the pillows should be thinker, and no holes in the blankets
Location: Lots of great food locations. there was also some great shopping nearby.
There was three adults staying two nights in the room and they refused to give us more then two towels per day. The pillows were so thin we had to fold them in half and they would not give extra pillows because people stole them. every time we left the room it smelt like pot in the hallway. The toilet handle was broke and you had to play with it to flush, the toilet paper holder was broke, and the room did not have a working smoke detector. the free breakfast consisted of frozen waffles and nasty tasting orange juice and the apple juice was more water the juice. Also the bed spread had holes in it.
