I like the night lady at the desk she help me alot n I love the way it's decorated. Did not like my room very well cuz it was filthy my refrigerator did not work so my tacos were not very good in the morning when they couldn't stay cold the lady at the front desk in the afternoon was very rude I could not and I have stayed that's of my third time and I've had two bad experiences like these are all covered and I don't know if I will even come back with planning on it but I don't know now

I was charged an extra $7.50 for a "Resort Fee" upon check-in to cover pool maintenance & such. The irony was that the pool was closed all day Sunday, so I couldn't use it. In general, the staff couldn't care less; not very helpful in general. Will not be going back again.

I am sorry you did not get to use the pool during your stay. We had to shut it down for some chemical issues. I hope you come back and enjoy our facility when the pool is open. My sincerest apologies, that you felt the staff did not care.

Unexpected nice hotel.

Cons: Carpet in main area needs to be cleaned.
Booked through Expedia. Upgraded upon arrival. Extra nice room and hotel staff.
