We've stayed there 2 times, 3 YEARS apart. Both times NO HOT WATER. Ran bath water of ice cold water & would NOT drain. Morning we left no water pressure at all.

The room next door had a very noisy family with a screaming child and tons of doors slamming. The door slamming shook the walls in my room.

Nice and quiet.

I stayed overnight following my 50th high school reunion. While the hotel was sold out for the night I was there, it was amazingly quiet. Staff was professional and friendly. My only complaint was that the breakfast was very carb loaded. There are a number of people who have to watch there sugar and cholesterol. It would have been nice to have had some fat free, no sugar added yogurt and some hard boiled eggs as an option. I will stay again definitely!

Family friendly stay

Pros: Morning breakfast, nice waiting area with television, and computer available with printer. The extras make this a special place to stay.
Location: Mexican restaurant within walking distance, local lake is very nice.
Staff was very helpful and understanding, as we were visiting with family for a wedding.

My favorite hotel when visiting Warsaw, IN

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
My work is located in Warsaw, IN and when visiting for work this is my favorite place to stay. I have stayed in nearly every hotel in Warsaw. This hotel includes huge, clean rooms and a great breakfast with just about everything.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Coffee was out (more was made begrudgingly after I asked), hot water was lukewarm, there was one yogurt in the fridge, pancake machine didn't work, hot bar was empty, 3 out of 4 juices were gone, and the bowl of fruit had an apple literally rotting away in it. When I brought all of this to the attention of the manager he did not apologize, but did (again, seemingly like it was a burden for him) get some yogurts and muffins out of the fridge, and replaced the rotten apple with some fresh ones. I understand times are weird and maybe the offering isn't the same as normal, and maybe help is hard to find. But they could at least have had a sign explaining that! And check the fruit bowl at least once a day to make sure the fruit isn't rotten. I never leave bad reviews, almost always giving people the benefit of the doubt, but this was awful.
