    This was previously a great place. After not having stayed here in a while, I stayed twice fairly close together. Both times the bathrooms seemed to have an unpleasant odor. Not sure I would stay again. Plus the “destination fee” or whatever they call it is absolutely ridiculous.

    The Mobile Key was great and very convenient; however, the hotel customer service experience was unbelievably disgusting and incredibly unprofessional. Examples: Room service never picked up the phone and me and my partner tried getting in contact several times using the room phone. My partner and I needed to warm some food and we, of course, had to go down to the lobby and request it, but the receptionist at that moment was either really hating his job or completely intoxicated because when my partner and I went to the lobby the receptionist started screaming somebody’s name very loudly after our request and when whoever the receptionist at that moment was calling didn’t show up he got annoyed very notably and said to us: “Follow me this way.” He took us into some very unsanitary space and made us warm our food ourselves. I would also like to emphasize that clients are not “allowed” into that room according to the signs. Then he had the audacity to just leave us there by ourselves and I strongly think that such type of conduct is highly unacceptable. During my stay, I also received a call from the lobby informing me that the smoke detector went off, but I never heard anything. They were also saying that the light outside the detector was checking red on their system, but it was green all the time while I was there and also when the office were present in the room. The hotel officials came into the room to check and were looking... (not enough characters to finish my review)

    this property has obviously has a recent face lift however, it appears that work did not extend past decor, leaving the overall shabby appearance.
