Enjoy and get cozy at my home here in DC. I am centrally located between 2 metro stations, and walking distance from the US Capitol Building. Best thing about my apartment is how central everything is, within 10 min walk from the grocery store, about a 5 min walk from the MBT walking trail. All reservations include free breakfast on me along with some cozy snacks for your stay

Owner was rude. Amenities were a box of frozen waffles. Skip this rental, stay at the marriot next door.

Do not stay/make reservations
Find out during my stay from the apartment management that the property is being illegally rented out. Host deny it; host was not friendly and disrespectful. For the price, you’re better off with hotel with better amenities etc. Stay at your own risk!

Great Location, Beautiful Building
Lots of public spaces in which to relax and enjoy. The rooftop is a great place to relax and look out over the city. Several cafes, grocery store, and even Union Station and Union Market are an easy walk (less than 10 min). The apartment met my needs and was immaculately clean. However, it is a studio apt. So I would recommend no more than two guests.

Very clean. Building is great. Only one bed and a couch that doesn’t pull out - so does not sleep 4 persons as described. Also no snacks or breakfast available as described. Owner was easy to reach and responsive. Good place for one person or maybe a couple, but not two+ friends.

A really great stay. Excellent property in a good location in NoMa, close to Union Station. Sammi is very responsive and immediately corrected some minor issues that I had. Highly recommended.

Sammi was amazing - responsive, timely, helpful and great to work with! The place is wonderful and conveniently located to Union Depot, downtown and many attractions. Would definitely stay again!
