Very friendly front desk staff, clean throughout the building nice sized rooms, very comfortable beds, ample complementary breakfast. It’s very convenient to the Metro and and many good restaurants. It’s our favorite place to stay in DC.

The staff checking in was very friendly, fun, and professional. Every worker in crossed paths with said good morning, afternoon etc. Never been there before but they treated like I was a long time customer. Thanks

I loved the location of this property. It was walking distance from many great restaurants and shops. It was also right across from the Nationals’ baseball stadium. I loved that it was a short uber ride to get to the museums and the national harbor. I did not like the actually hotel itself. Although it was nice in aspects of the location and appearance, the building had bad phone service. There is no reception in the building and the wifi is just as bad. The only item I enjoyed from the breakfast was the waffles, everything else seemed undercooked. The guy who works the desk midnight into late night had the absolute WORST attitude in every interaction I and those with me had with him. I don’t know if he just was having a bad weekend or doesn’t like his job but it is unacceptable. I will not stay again at this facility but will find a different hotel in the area next time I visit. There are a good amount of hotels in the area, I suggest you choose one to stay at.
