I hit the jackpot booking this property. Everything in this area is brand new - lots of new restaurants, bars, shopping, & hotels - all sitting on the water. We were just steps away from bus service, trolley pickup, water taxis/cruises and just a few blocks from the metro and the National Mall. The hotel is super-clean, offered excellent service, and we had a great view of the Washington Chanel. Our room was ready early so we loved being able to drop off our things and start exploring. Moments later I got a text from the hotel asking if there was anything we needed. I asked for a few extra towels and they were delivered promptly. Got a few additional texts throughout the week of our stay. Love that they continued to check-in with us! The free breakfast was a nice bonus - a real time saver for our busy days. We enjoyed the outdoor seating areas and being in the midst of all the activity of the wharf. We will definitely stay here again when we visit DC!

The free breakfast was the best we ever had and different each day of our stay! They even had a chef making different omelets each day. Hotel room was very clean and great location on the wharf. A+
